“Quick Clicking Logins”

Microsoft Office One Note is great tool for laptop and desktop users. It keeps website log in information in alphabetical order for quick clicking access.
Here is how to do it:
First, you create a notebook from the file menu; Click on “new” and name the notebook -”Website Logins” or whatever you want and save the notebook.
Then , open the notebook and you will see the title on the top tab of the notebook and on the right you will see “add page” . Make 26 sub-pages and label each with a letter from the alphabet such as: “A” websites, “B” websites, “C’ websites, and so on.
Next, fill in the website login information for each website you use often. For example you could use the following method:
On the “A ” page:

Once you have completed filling in all 26 pages with your website log in information ,you will you can view all the letters on colored tabs to the right side of the notebook screen. You can click on the letter you need to find the website log in information quickly.
Now, you are ready to surf the web with quick clicking logins. Open and keep Microsoft One Note minimized on the bottom of the Windows start menu to open quickly when needed . You will find this method easier than writing logins in a paper notebook , a box of index cards or in your mobile device. Give it a try to save time!
